PageNinetyNine - Document #8
In about two weeks Pg.99 are getting back together to play all of Document #8. The thing about Pg.99 records is there is something worth saying about each one of them. Document #8 I’ve always seen as them doing a more straight forward hardcore record compared to previous releases.

How he made a follow up record this good is beyond me. Was prepared to be let down since I consider For Emma, Forever Ago to be a classic. Thankfully I was wrong- he nailed the full length twice in a row. This, the new Fucked Up and the Touche album are currently my favorite albums...

The You And I reunion is this Sunday, and I think it’s about time to come out and say how much this band means to me. They are extremely powerful and inspired many bands. Neurosis- The Eye of Every Storm
I never got super into Neurosis, which is odd because I love metal and I love post-rock, and these guys are one of the OG’s of blending the sound. This album, however, is rad. Probably their least abrasive album from what I’ve heard. Maybe their most depressing as well.
